All
our apartments are approximately a 70 metre level walk
from the main Penzance train and bus stations.
Stanhope Forbes (situated on 1st floor): is accessed from main doors by 11 reasonably shallow steps to a half landing and then a further 4 steps to apartment door. From our car-parking area the main entrance to the apartment is approximately 50 metres. Please note that this apartment has its own entrance. All rooms in the apartment are on the same level.
Laura Knight & Lamorna Birch (situated on 1st floor): the main door to both apartments is approximately 25 metres from our car-parking area. From the main door there are 16 steps to main landing and a further 3 to a half landing on which apartments are located. Rooms in both apartments are on one level. Please note that the laundry room is located in same area.
Sail Loft/Wheelhouse/Crow’s Nest/Quarter Deck (situated on 2nd floor): the main door to all these apartments is approximately 25 metres from our car-parking area. From the main door there are 16 steps to main landing, a further 5 steps to a half landing followed by 14 steps to top landing.
Sail Loft: open-plan wooden staircase consisting of 14 steps leads to double bedroom. All other rooms are on ground level.
Wheelhouse: spiral staircase consisting of 13 steps leads to double bedroom. All other rooms are on ground level.
Crow’s Nest: staircase consisting of 12 steps leads to double bedroom. All other rooms are on ground level.
Quarter Deck: staircase consisting of 12 steps leads to double bedroom. All other rooms are on ground level. .
